How can I cancel my contract?

To cancel your contract, log in to my.world4you.com with your login details and then go to Your Account > My contracts.

That's where you find the option to terminate your contract. The notice period always ends 1 month before the end of the current service period.

Your package will be cancelled at the end of the billing period. Please note that open claims remain valid even after the termination.
